Terms & Conditions

‍ 1. Scope of Services & Subcontracting

Design Revisions: All designs are open to one round of free revision. Any revisions after the design is signed off is subject to a fee of £83 p/h.
Soft Gardening: Services cover lawn mowing, weeding, pruning, and general soft garden maintenance as agreed.
Outsourced Specialist Work: Specialist hard landscaping (e.g., patios, fencing) will be introduced or managed via a subcontractor.
Direct Billing: The subcontractor will bill you directly for their specific works under their own separate terms.
Liability Limit: We accept no liability for structural defects, material delays, or issues arising from the subcontractor’s work.

2. Contract Term & Payments

Ongoing Care: Every garden design receives complementary 3 months after from the start date for Soft Gardening (see above)
Payment Due: Invoices for regular maintenance thereafter are issued monthly and must be settled within 7 days of the invoice date.

3. Property Access & Security

Unhindered Access: The client agrees to provide clear access to the garden on scheduled days, including unlocking gates.
Key/Code Handling: If keys, padlocks, or gate codes are provided, we agree to keep them secure and confidential.
Welfare & Utilities: The client must provide access to an outdoor water supply and electricity if required for tools.
Pets & Obstacles: Gardens must be free of dog waste, toys, and free-roaming pets prior to any groundworks commencing.

4. Weather & Delays

Weather Dependent: Groundworks depend entirely on appropriate weather conditions.
Rescheduling: Visits delayed by heavy rain, frost, or extreme heat will be rescheduled to the next available date, not refunded.

Images of completed projects are published with the relevant permissions where appropriate.
